I have a private practice in SLO and am passionate about working with teens, adults, and families. In my free time, I love spending time with family and friends taking a beautiful hike in Montana de Oro or sharing a delicious meal together. Other favorite activities include yoga, meditation, and swinging kettlebells. I enjoy connecting with my professional community and board, helping put on quality local trainings, and learning/growing alongside my awesome colleagues. The board has a very special place in my heart and I especially love our pool parties and retreats!
I am a new convert to Central Coast living. What a secret surprise. My husband, cat and I moved here September 2018 from San Diego and in 2019 bought a great little house, where I have my office, west of San Luis.
We live a simple life filled with great food, time in nature, walks with our dog Raven. We also meditate and try to live a life of service. I like coloring, writing, travel and especially love opportunities to spend time with friends and family. Oh, and occasionally we will have a little dance session in the living room.

I was born and raised on the Central Coast, am a proud Cal Poly alumni, and recently returned to San Luis Obispo after spending many years in Los Angeles. I began my counseling career as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor (SUDRC) working in residential and outpatient rehabs for five years before returning to school to broaden my theoretical base with a Masters in Clinical Psychology. A recent graduate of Antioch University in Santa Barbara, I am both a registered Associate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), and a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT). In the Fall of 2020 I decided to leave my role as Clinical Director of an addiction treatment center to pursue my passion for Life and Recovery Coaching, helping individuals and their families who are struggling with addiction. I also currently work as an APCC/AMFT in private practice in San Luis Obispo under the supervision of Kelsey Kehoe, LMFT nd volunteer at Community Counseling Center (CCC) under the supervision of Dr. Linda Connolly, LMFT, PhD.
In my free time I like to enjoy all of the nature and beauty that the central coast has to offer, along with my fiance, Justin, and our little doxie pup "Eloise".

I was born and raised in Santa Barbara. Later I moved to the beautiful Central Coast to raise my family and have had a great many happy experiences and adventures with them as well as later since they’ve grown up.
At present, I am glad to be growing my own private practice in San Luis Obispo where I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders for all ages. Reading and training to improve my niche related to my specialty and treatments are very important to me, as well as learning the ins and outs of running a business.
On my own time, the most recent joy in my life is my almost three-year old granddaughter. I live for outdoor activities, especially beach volleyball doubles at Pismo Beach. I also like biking, yoga, paddle boarding, rock climbing, walking and hiking and sailing with my husband. Music, gardening, cooking healthy meals, games and family gatherings are other passions I enjoy.
Co-Creating and sharing with family, friends and community is something that sparks my passion. Whether it is a home cooked epicurean delight, working in a friends garden or facilitating a mindfulness training. Professionally, for the past 5 years I have had the privilege of working within a diverse client population at Cuesta College and Community Counseling Center. Born and raised in Southern California, I love everything this beautiful state has to offer.

I love connecting one on one with fellow human beings and hearing their stories. I am a certified EMDR therapist in private practice in Morro Bay, as well as a yoga teacher. When not enjoying my work, I am happiest at home with the people and animals I love, or exploring the beautiful Central Coast.

As a central coast native, I am passionate about the community here and grateful to be able to work as a therapist in private practice San Luis Obispo. I enjoy working with women's issues, perinatal/postpartum, grief, caregivers and cancer. I also am proud to work for our local Cancer Support Community non-profit as a counselor. In my spare time, I value quality time with my husband, family, friends and pets. I also love soaking up everything the Central Coast has to offer — from sunshine to scenery.
Born and raised on the central coast, I cherish all that our beautiful home has to offer. I love to "fill my well" by staying active and getting outdoors. I'm most fulfilled spending time with my husband, daughter, and dogs. As a therapist, I work in private practice online and in-person in Atascadero with a diverse client population of adults and teens.
I am a central coast native. I am grateful for the opportunity to work in private practice in Santa Maria, a place I have always called home (aside from leaving for college). I enjoy the nature surrounding this area and frequently relish in it through beach or hiking activities. I am passionate about spending time with my family, self-care, and eating yummy meals with those I love. I have two bunnies and a kitty plus my partner and together, we have a pretty blessed life.
OUR MISSION To strengthen the Marriage & Family therapy profession & better serve our Central Coast community.
