I'm looking for one or more people who would like to rent out my office space starting March. It's a large office, fully furnished (if desired), with a kitchenette and waiting room. Located in a beautiful, quiet, building off Morro Rd in Atascadero.  Open to part time or full time use. 

Option to take over the lease in July.

Office is set up for both adults and children, large enough for families. It has a desk and work space and lots of storage space. Includes mini fridge both in office and shared use one in kitchenette.
