I provide therapy for children ages 3 to 13 and their families using a developmentally informed, relationship based approach. My work is grounded in child centered play therapy, which allows children to express thoughts, emotions, and experiences through play, creativity, and connection rather than relying only on words. Through this process, children can build emotional regulation, increase confidence, strengthen problem solving skills, and work through challenges in a way that feels safe and natural.
I often support children experiencing anxiety, school related stress, behavioral challenges, social difficulties, life transitions, family changes, and big emotions that feel hard to manage. I also work with children who are struggling with self esteem, perfectionism, sibling conflict, and difficulty adjusting to changes at home or school. Sessions are paced to meet each child where they are, with a focus on building trust and fostering resilience over time.
My style is warm, supportive, and attuned. I believe that children grow and heal within safe relationships, and I strive to create a space where each child feels accepted and understood. I tailor therapy to the unique strengths and needs of every family, with the goal of helping children move from overwhelm to greater calm, flexibility, and emotional growth.
