I provide a compassionate, supportive and holistic approach to resolving depression, anxiety, trauma, pain management, grief, and stress. My goal is to help you to overcome the challenges of daily life and support you as you move to your next level of confidence and well being.
I have been trained in E.M.D.R., Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, since 1995. This specialized modality is useful for eliminating symptoms of trauma, improving performance, reducing anxiety for presentations or interviews, and taking tests. E.M.D.R. works on the physiological and emotional basis of problems to facilitate lasting change.
I am also a Sand Play specialist. This modality uses symbolic items to recreate your personal concerns in sand. Similar to Dream work, Sand Play Therapy is created and interpreted by you. Combining Sand Play items with the medium of sand often provides a deeper clarity and understanding to help resolve your issues of concern.
