For the past 20 years I've worked with clients struggling with addiction issues, depression, anxiety, self-harm, communication difficulties, domestic violence, eating disorders, complex trauma and PTSD. I love working with teens, couples, individual adults and families. I utilize somatic experiencing, breath work, EMDR, and other psychodynamic methods.
