Rooted primarily in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Trinity focuses on the attachment her client’s have experienced with their caregivers, partners, and other meaningful relationships in their lives. When working individually, Trinity will pay close attention to your upbringing and any significant relationships - past or present. When working with a couple, Trinity will focus on evaluating the current attachment style of the couple, as well as how childhood attachment wounds may be playing a role in the current relationship.
In addition to EFT, Trinity is trauma-informed, and has advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health.
