I specialize in working with dual disorders and trauma-recovery clients, and with LGBTQIQ+ couples and individuals, using primarily solution-focused and cognitive behavioral tools.

My goal is to help you learn to move through difficult experiences and decisions by focusing on building your tools, self confidence, and connection to resources. I retired in August 2019 from SLO County Behavioral Health, and am now in private practice, primarily seeing clients in the North County area.
